2025-2026 Group Lesson Schedule & Information
Dear Group Lesson Parents and Students,
Below is our REVISED group lesson schedule based on the information parents submitted earlier this month. I have marked the changes in red font. There are a couple of student changes and a time change for the Monday group lesson. (click to enlarge):
- Please adjust your schedules to accommodate the changes in red font.
- Hard copies of this REVISED letter will appear in student binders the weeks of September 15th and 22nd, and will be filed in the back of the binder. I will also text this letter to you and post it on the studio’s website, Facebook, and Instagram pages.
- The above dates are based on the first full weeks of the month. I recommend adding them to your calendars.
- Group Lessons are 1 hour in length and take the place of the regular private lesson during group weeks. Private lessons occur on the other weeks as scheduled.
- Group Lessons cost the same as a private 30-minute lesson.
- At group lessons, students play a “piece in progress” (not memorized, stickered, or perfected)from their private lesson assignments for each other to develop performance experience and receive positive encouragement from fellow students. A variety of music board games, card games, and iPad apps will follow.
- The group lesson atmosphere is positive, encouraging, and relaxed. Proper classroom behavior is expected.
- Students are to bring their piano music to group lessons.
